Center Overview
 

Advance Clinical Research is a multi-therapeutic, clinical and behavioral medicine research center offering a wide range of services and support to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. At Advance Clinical Research, we are dedicated to provide the pharmaceutical industry with high quality and expedient clinical research. We utilize academic know-how in a business environment, drawing on the expertise of leading medical professionals who are well trained in clinical research. Our goal is to conduct high quality clinical trials while offering potential new therapies to our patients.

Advance Clinical Research specializes in Phase II through Phase IV in-patient & out-patient clinical research trials. We strive to meet and often exceed enrollment goals while ensuring regulatory and protocol compliance.

 

Clinical Research Experience

 

Our center has been involved in clinical research for 5 years. We focus on research phases II through IV. We are able to use central IRB's and central laboratories for all of our clinical research trials.

 

Our therapeutic specialties include: Hypertension, Diabetes, Dyslipidemia, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Gastro Esophageal Reflux disease, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Low Back Pain, Chronic Pain, Osteoporosis, Obesity, Erectile dysfunction and Fibromyalgia.

 

Facility Description

 

Our office is located in St. Louis Missouri. We are 30 min from Lambert International airport in St. Louis, MO.  Our office provides DEXA bone densitometry, pulmonary function test and electrocardiograms. Other on-site equipment includes a centrifuge, -20° and a -70º C freezer. and EKG machine. We have ample office space to store and secure our records, locked refrigerated drug storage and double-locked ambient drug storage, remote data entry, high-speed Internet, exam and infusion rooms, and designated work space for monitoring visits.

Patient Demographics

Our research population draws largely from our medical practice, numbering over 20000 adult patients. Additionally, patients are referred from area physicians for specific drug studies. We have experience enhancing recruitment through advertising in television, radio and newspaper media along with community presentations which are given by our physicians.
